My name is Mindy and I run a cottage bakery out of my home. The name 6N comes from

6 Nelsons!  

****We have welcomed a new daughter-in- law to the family.     We are now 7 Nelson’s!!!

6N Bakery allows me to be creative and enjoy working on the art of artisan sourdough bread and pastries. I mix all my bread by hand and bake in a bakers stone oven.
